How do deposits and payments work?
Once we review your quote request and agree on the design, we send a formal proposal and invoice through 17hats, payable via Square.
Do you deliver and install on-site?
Yes! We deliver, inflate, and professionally install all custom garlands, arches, and columns directly at your venue across Greater Boston.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Foxboro, MA and serve all of Greater Boston, the South Shore, MetroWest, and surrounding communities.
Do you travel outside Greater Boston?
Yes. Distance is not a boundary for the right event. Cape Cod, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Maine, Vermont, and destination celebrations across New England are all welcome. Tell us your town, venue, and date, and we will confirm availability and details in your proposal.
How long do balloon installations last?
Indoor air-filled installations typically last anywhere from several days to well over a week depending on temperature and conditions.
Can you match my event or brand colors?
Absolutely. We double-stuff balloons and curate bespoke color palettes to match your exact pantone or theme colors.
