Privacy

We collect the information you voluntarily provide on our quote request form (name, email, phone, event date/location, service interests, and any notes or attachments you choose to send) so we can prepare your proposal, book and service your event, and reply to your questions.

We store inquiries in our own records and also process them in our CRM (17hats) and notification tooling (Resend).

We treat customer information the way any small business CRM is used day to day — to contact you about your inquiry, coordinate your event, and keep records of the work we did for you.

We do not sell your information and we do not use third-party advertising tracking. Site usage is not instrumented with cookies or analytics beyond what’s needed to serve the site.

This site is authored and maintained by Boston Balloon Studio; our servers are hosted in the U.S. (Google Cloud).

You may ask us to correct or delete your inquiry records at any time by emailing info@bostonballoonstudio.com.
